How the Collin Awards are judged-

Each of the 6 Collin sales areas have 3 awards.

2 Achievement Awards – for stockists old and new in recognition for great business achievement and development and 1 Award of Excellence – for the stockist who has excelled past that of great achievement into excellence.

Each judging year is March to February the following year.

Judging is based on 2 parts factual information, overall spend divided by the number of therapists, increased spend per therapist this year versus last year, willingness to train and implement of training techniques, to name but a few.

Also subjective categories are taken into account such as willingness to work with us to aid development, salon décor and ambience, as well as our Area Manager’s assessment.

Charisma sales area is Home Counties Area – which is Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk.
